(Wednesday, April 4, 2012) – Neighborhood and Business Development Commissioner R. Carlos Carballada and City Council President Lovely A. Warren joined Partners Carlton “Bud” DeWolff and Thomas Pavlock today for the grand opening of DeWolff Partnership Architects, LLP in the Harro East building, 400 Andrews St., in Downtown Rochester.

Originally founded in 1963, DeWolff Partnership Architects LLP has offices in Rochester and Cleveland, Ohio.

DeWolff Partnership Architects specializes in the planning and design of healthcare, senior living, sports and recreation, justice and corrections, corporate and commercial, education, high tech and municipal facilities. The firm also offers a wide range of services, including programming, facilities master planning, building feasibility evaluation, space planning, certificate of need application, conceptual design, LEED/Sustainable design, building envelope/historical restoration, bidding/negotiation assistance, contract administration, CADD systems operations, comparative cost analysis/budget preparation, contract documents and specifications. The firm utilizes a specific design process for each client’s unique project which incorporates the client’s wants and needs.

The firm relocated to the Harro East building from Saint Paul St. to accommodate the need for future expansion.

The owners have invested $25,000 in the relocation and have retained 14 jobs with plans to expand to 20 jobs in the next three years.
