(Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2017) — No one should have to sleep out in the cold or be without a roof over his or her head and under Governor Cuomo’s comprehensive plan to attack homelessness, more New Yorkers will be given the resources needed for a chance at a better life. I want to thank Governor Cuomo for his commitment to address the homelessness crisis in New York by creating a plan that will support housing stability. With more stable housing, more New Yorkers will have access to the resources needed to succeed.
