Motorist Advisory -- Street Closures for the 4th of July Festivities

(Tuesday, July 3, 2018) – A number of streets and bridges will be closed to traffic from 6 a.m. Wednesday, July 4, to 2 a.m., Thursday, July 5.

  • Main Street, from St. Paul Street to State Street will be closed to vehicle traffic from 6 a.m. Wednesday, July 4, to 2 a.m., Thursday, July 5.
  • Court Street Bridge, from Exchange Blvd to South Ave, will be closed to vehicle traffic from 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 4. No parking will be allowed on the bridge anytime on Wednesday, July 4.
  • Broad Street Bridge, from Exchange Blvd to South Ave, will be closed to vehicle traffic from 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 4. No parking will be allowed on the bridge anytime on Wednesday, July 4.
  • The Frank and Janet Lamb Sister Cities Bridge will be closed from 6 to 11 p.m. and the eastern side of the Genesee Riverway Trail from the Time Warner Cable building to South Avenue will close from 1 to 10:30 p.m. No stopping will be allowed on the Inner Loop or I-490.
