On-Street Parking

The City of Rochester Bureau of Parking oversees the installation, use and repair of mechanical parking meters and electronic pay stations on City streets.

To report a problem with a meter or pay station, like damage, jamming or any other issue, call 311 (outside city limits call 585-428-5990).

Thanks to everyone who filled out our survey during the trial of new parking meters. That trial is now over, and the test meters will be removed. But your input will inform the City's bid specifications as we look to replace old meters in 2019.
