Physical Agility Description - You will be given detailed instructions at the test site for each of the exercises described below:

Academy-Instructor-Prep-CovPush-up - Measures muscular endurance of the upper body:  The score below is the total number of correct push-ups performed in one minute without breaks.

Sit-up - Measures muscular Endurance of the core body:  The score below is the total number correct sit-ups performed in one minute without breaks.

1.5 mile run - Measures cardiovascular capacity:  The score below is calculated in minutes and seconds.
