About the Facility
The Port of Rochester Terminal is a 70,000 square foot structure located on North River Street at the mouth of the Genesee River. It was constructed in 2004 to accommodate a ferry, cruise ships and other lake-going vessels.
The first floor features available office space and an atrium main concourse, which accommodates several restaurants including: California Rollin, Abbotts, Moms Margios Diner. The Departure and Arrival Halls, situated on the river side of the building, are available to the public for community meetings, weddings, parties, event, etc.
The second floor contains two main areas: the Jetty restaurant and administrative offices for the new marina (SG Marine), conference rooms and commercial office space available for lease.
