About the Facility 

The Port of Rochester Terminal is a 70,000 square foot structure located on North River Street at the mouth of the Genesee River.  It was constructed in 2004 to accommodate a ferry, cruise ships and other lake-going vessels.

The first floor features an atrium main concourse, which accommodates several restaurants and retail businesses.  The Departure and Arrival Halls, situated on the river side of the building, are available to the public for community meetings. 

The second floor contains two main areas: the former Pier 45 restaurant area and City administrative offices, conference rooms, and commercial office space available for lease.
