Flavors of Rochester Series at the Market

Enjoy Flavors of Rochester at the Market each Saturday from May through September, presented by the Democrat and Chronicle, Friends of the Rochester Public Market, and Summit Federal Credit Union!    

Prime your palate for a terrific tastings experience in the City of Rochester. Each year this series of food demonstrations is offered outside the Market office, and features creative culinary artists in the area, who serve up sumptuous morsels from their best recipes. Most Flavors of Rochester series samples are made from fresh ingredients acquired right here at the Market! 

This annual series celebrates the Market's and the Greater Rochester community's colorful cultural and ethnic diversity.

In addition, the Market's own Margaret O'Neill prepares her Healthy Tastings once per month as part of the series, featuring in-season Market produce.
