Motorist Advisory
(Thursday, April 7, 2011) – Both the eastbound and westbound lanes of the Inner Loop around downtown Rochester will be closed to traffic from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 10, 2011 for seasonal cleaning and maintenance operations. Detours will include other streets within the downtown Central Business District.
