Barton & Loguidice consulting firm: March 22, 2012

Barton & Loguidice, a consulting firm comprised of engineers, environmental scientists, planners and landscape designers, is a welcome addition to Downtown Rochester's Cascade District. The firm will relocate from space on Washington Street to 11 Centre Park, Suite 203.

Prior to the Washington Street location, the firm was located in Midtown Plaza. Barton & Loguidice relocated to the Cascade District to accommodate a growing staff. Ten employees will be added over the next three years.  Read more.

LMT Technology Solutions--owned by Mihai Vieru--moved to the fourth floor of the High Falls Building, 4 Commercial St., in the Historic High Falls District.

LMT has enjoyed a sustained growth pattern over the last several years, expending its offerings and client base, while adding several jobs to the community. FOCUS Rochester: March 9, 2012

The founders of FOCUS (Finding Our Creative Unique Self) community support organization celebrated the opening of their art gallery and meeting facility at 495 S. Clinton Ave.

FOCUS is the first independent peer-run organization in Rochester and is peer-established and operated entirely by volunteers. FOCUS is about promoting the strengths of individuals with mental health diagnoses and enhancing the quality of their lives in a safe environment. FOCUS strives to provide that place for people to grow and use their creativity to foster and maintain wellness.
