(Thursday, February 13, 2014) — The City of Rochester is hosting an evening of Downtown skating and music on Valentine’s Day, Friday, February 14, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Ice Rink, 353 Court Street.
Admission is $4 per couple. Couples who dress in red are eligible to receive prizes.
