“Halloween is one of the most highly anticipated days of the year for many kids,” said Mayor Warren. “We are excited to offer a variety of free events at our R-Centers where kids can dress up, grab some treats and have a safe and fun time.”
Youth ages 6 to 15 can play carnival games, enter a costume contest and receive a free book through a Rochester Families Read book giveaway.
