News Release - City Offices to Close Friday for Independence Day No Delay with Refuse, Recycling Collection

(Tuesday, June 30, 2015) – City Hall, Neighborhood Service Centers, administrative offices, City branch libraries and R-Centers will be closed on Friday, July 3 in observance of Independence Day.

Refuse and recycling collection will remain on schedule.

On Friday, July 3, the Genesee Valley Park Pool will be open from 1 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Durand Eastman Beach will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

On Saturday, July 4, the Genesee Valley Park Pool will be open from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Durand Eastman Beach will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. In addition, the City of Rochester Public Market will be open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 4.
