Motorist Advisory
(Friday, July 31, 2015) – The Park Avenue Festival will impact traffic and parking conditions in the Park Avenue Neighborhood this weekend. Park Avenue, from Culver Road to Alexander Street, will be closed to vehicle traffic from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1 and Sunday, Aug. 2. Cross Streets will also be barricaded at the intersection of Park Avenue. The intersection of Goodman Street and Park Avenue will be managed by a patrol officer. Motorists should expect delays.
Alternate-side parking regulations along some of the residential streets will be amended during the festival so motorists will not have to move their vehicles during the normal change over. Motorists are advised to pay close attention to posted signs along residential streets in the Park Avenue Neighborhood. Parking regulations will be enforced to keep roadways clear for emergency vehicles and residents.
