The City of Rochester, Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Architecture and Engineering, is seeking proposals from consultants for structural engineering term services.
The City of Rochester is responsible for maintenance, repair, alterations, and remodeling of City buildings, structures, and facilities. The City has approximately 180 various types of facilities. Structural engineering services related to City facilities will be provided by a consulting engineer.
The City anticipates that the consultant selected will provide services on an as-needed basis. An agreement will be negotiated for a three-year period.
Payment for services is anticipated to be on the basis of an approved hourly rate schedule. The magnitude of services to be provided shall vary, but are usually limited to $30,000 per project.
