"The Jazz Starts Here" returns to the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County for the 2017 Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival. 

All XRIJF performances will be held in the Dorris Carlson Reading Garden (accessed through the first floor of Central's Bausch & Lomb Public Library Building) from noon - 1 p.m. If it rains, performances will be held in the Kate Gleason Auditorium, also located on the first floor. These performances at the Central Library are FREE and open to the public.
