Pride Parade to Affect Downtown Traffic on Saturday

(Wednesday, July 12, 2017) –
Several Downtown streets will be closed for the Rochester Pride Parade on Saturday, July 15. The Parade will step off at 1 p.m. from the corner of Park Avenue and Alexander Street.
Alexander Street from Monroe Avenue to East Avenue will be closed from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Park Avenue from Culver Road to Alexander Street will be closed from 12:45 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The following streets will be restricted to local traffic with no through traffic at Park Avenue:
• South Goodman Street (from East Avenue to Monroe Avenue);
• Meigs Street (from East Avenue to Monroe Avenue);
• Berkeley Street (from East Avenue to Park Avenue) ;
• Vassar Street (from Milburn Street to Park Avenue);
• Edgerton Street (from Milburn Street to Park Avenue).
