Description:

With serving sizes “growing,” so are your calories, fat and sodium! Learn how to satisfy hunger and give your body the nutrients it needs at this encore presentation of the popular health program from the Cornell Cooperative Extension. Michelle Weiler, an Eat Smart Nutrition Educator, will help us look at portion sizes and food groups that won’t pack on the pounds.

This program will be held in the Kate Gleason Auditorium, located on the first floor of Central's Bausch & Lomb Public Library Building. Registration is requested in order to help us better prepare for the program, but it is not required.
