Steppin’ Up to Solutions is a day-long event during which youth will go through various workshops, dialogue on the state of the community and learn about what they can do to bring about positive change. This year’s theme is suicide awareness. The conference will start with service learning project presentations by R-Center Youth Councils which will be judged by community partners. The youth councils are competing for $300 to $500 to go toward their project. These projects will increase inclusiveness and benefit the community in various areas.
