May 22, 2024: Closed streets around Rochester City Hall on Thursday, May 23
Cheer on your colleagues as Deputy Mayor Michael Burns and dozens of City of Rochester employees run or walk in the annual J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge on Thursday.
The will be temporary street closing around downtown Rochester. The event begins at 7 p.m. at Innovative Field.
Beginning
at 4 p.m., the following streets will be closed:
• Morrie Silver Way from Oak Street to State Street
• N. Plymouth Avenue from Allen Street to Brown Street
At 6:30 p.m., the following streets will be closed:

Plymouth Avenue from Allen Street to Exchange Boulevard
• Exchange Boulevard from Plymouth Avenue to Ford Street
• Ford Street from Exchange Boulevard to Mt. Hope Avenue
• Mt. Hope Avenue from Ford Street to Byron Street

South Avenue from Byron Street to Main Street
• Main Street from South Avenue to State Street
• State Street from Main Street to Platt Street
• Mill Street from Commercial Street to Platt Street
• Platt Street
from Mill Street to State Street

The directions are simple:
• Make a batch of your favorite healthy meal to prep
• Take a picture of the meal and the recipe and send them to Wellness@CityofRochester.Gov
• Be entered to win one of two $25 Wegmans gift cards!

May 13, 2024: Know Your Numbers Biometric Screenings
The City of Rochester, MVP and WPV (Wellness Programs with Value) have partnered together to help you take charge of your health through our biometrics screening and wellness program. The first step in taking charge of your health is to Know Your Numbers,
which indicates your overall health. MVP encourages employees with MVP health insurance to take this important step in managing your health by participating in a biometric screening. All employees with MVP Insurance members can participate in these screenings.
Appointments are mandatory, register your time here at one of the following screening locations:
Locust Club

May 22nd 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
