RFP - Employee Assistance Program Services

The City of Rochester, New York, (“The City”) is seeking to secure the professional services of an Employee Assistance Program “Provider” for City employees, excluding police officers and firefighters, and their immediate family members. The Provider shall follow procedures established and implemented by the City. Additionally, services listed may need to be performed during non-traditional business hours to accommodate employees working at a 24-hour operational site.

The Professional Services Agreement resulting from this Request for Proposals shall commence on January 1, 2021 for a term of three (3) years through December 31, 2023.
