RFP - Drug and Alcohol Testing Program Services

The City of Rochester, New York, (“The City”) is seeking to secure the professional services of a Drug and Alcohol Testing Program “Provider” to provide full service drug and alcohol testing program services in compliance with the U.S. Department of Transportation (“DOT”) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (“FMCSA”) drug and alcohol testing regulations and all new hire pre-employment drug testing. Program services shall include, but not be limited to, the following: testing of City employees required to possess and maintain a Commercial Driver’s License (“CDL”), pre-employment drug testing for all potential employees for the City and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing for City employees. The Provider must be able to provide on-site testing services for large groups of employees.


The Professional Services Agreement (“PSA”) resulting from this RFP shall commence on January 1, 2021 for a term of three (3) years through December 31, 2023
