Project Background

The Final Design Report was completed in May of 2020 and a Parking Study was completed in August of 2020 in support of the Final Design Report.  The parking study was developed to provide information on the efficiency and utilization of existing on-street parking and to evaluate the effects of modifications to on-street parking within the project limits on Emerson Street and Jay Street to include bike lanes.

The Final Design Report and the Parking Study are available in the project documents below.
