Refuse and
Recycling Remains On-Schedule
(Friday, Dec. 30, 2022) – Rochester City Hall, Neighborhood
Service Centers, R-Centers, Rochester
Public Library branches, and other administrative offices will be closed on
Monday, Jan. 2 in observance of New Year’s Day. All will resume normal
operating hours on Tuesday, Jan. 3.
There will be no
delay in refuse and recycling collection. Residents are asked to bring refuse
and/or recycling containers to the curb on the regularly scheduled collection
day.
Animal Services will
remain open during normal operating hours. For more information and complete

The 311 Call Center
will be closed on Sunday, Jan. 1 and reopen on Monday, Jan. 2 from 7 a.m.– 9
p.m.
