Refuse and Recycling Will Remain on Schedule, City Branch Libraries Remain Open for Normal Hours, Rochester Animal Services to Begin New Hours 
 

(Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023) – Rochester City Hall, Neighborhood Service Centers, R-Centers, and the Honorable Loretta C. Scott Center for Human Services administrative office building at 57 St. Paul St. will be closed on Monday, Feb. 20 in observance of Presidents Day.

Refuse and recycling collection will remain on schedule.

Rochester Public Library branches will remain open for normal hours. For a full list of branch hours, please visit https://libraryweb.org/hours/locations-hours/

Effective Monday, Feb. 20, 2023, the City of Rochester is adjusting the hours of operation of the Rochester Animal Services animal shelter, 184 Verona St. Walk-in services will be available, 11 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Saturday, with adoption services ending at 3 p.m. For more information, visit www.cityofrochester.gov/rochesteranimalservices/.

The 311 Call Center will remain open from 7 a.m.–9p.m. during normal hours.
