Refuse and Recycling Will Remain on Schedule 
City Branch Libraries Remain Open for Normal Hours

(Tuesday, Apr. 4, 2023) – Rochester City Hall, Neighborhood Service Centers, R-Centers, and the Honorable Loretta C. Scott for Human Services administrative office building at 57 St. Paul St. will be closed on Friday, Apr. 7 in observance of Good Friday.

Refuse and recycling collection will remain on schedule.

Rochester Public Library branches will remain open for normal hours. For a full list of branch hours, please visit https://libraryweb.org/hours/locations-hours/.

Rochester Animal Services, 184 Verona St., will remain open during normal hours.  Walk-in services will be available, 11 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Saturday, with adoption services ending at 3 p.m. For more information, visit www.cityofrochester.gov/rochesteranimalservices/.

The 311 Call Center will remain open from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m., Monday–Friday, during normal hours.
