The
City of Rochester, New York, (“The City”) is seeking professional services for
an Employee Assistance Program (“Provider”)
for City employees, excluding police officers and firefighters, and their
immediate family members. The Provider shall follow procedures established and
implemented by the City. Additionally, services listed may need to be performed
during non-traditional business hours to accommodate employees working at a
24-hour operational site.
The
Professional Services Agreement resulting from this Request for Proposal shall
commence on April 1, 2024 for a term of three (3) years through March 31, 2027,
with an option to renew for up to two (2) additional years in one (1) year
increments upon agreement of the parties.

about the proposal selection process and any other inquiries whatsoever
