(Thursday, Nov. 2, 2023) – The annual East Avenue Grocery Run will take place this Saturday, Nov. 4, causing temporary street closings. The races begin at 8 a.m. at Third Presbyterian Church, 4 Meigs St.
The following street will close at 6 a.m. and will re-open as the last participants move along the course:
• East Avenue from Prince Street to Goodman Street
The following streets will close at 7:45 a.m. and will re-open as the last participants move along the course:
• East Avenue from Prince Street to Union Street
• Union Street from East Avenue to Gardiner Park
• E. Broad Street from Union Street to Broadway
• Court Street from Exchange Boulevard to E. Broad Street
• Chestnut Street from Woodbury Boulevard to E. Broad Street
• S. Clinton Avenue from Woodbury Boulevard to E. Broad Street
• St. Mary’s Place from Woodbury Boulevard to Court Street
• South Avenue from E. Broad Street to Woodbury Boulevard
