     PERMIT OFFICE CHANGES :   

  • The Certificate of Occupancy Program has moved to room 028B with hours:  Monday – Friday from 9am to 4pm
  • Walk in service for the Building Permit and Zoning offices is available:  Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 4pm. 
  • Permit drop off and Grab & Go application forms is available in the lobby of the A Building Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.

The City of Rochester implemented the new Infor software system in May 2023 to enhance the management of Code Enforcement and other key processes.  Visit the Civics Property Management Portal at https://infor.cityofrochester.gov/,  where you will find information for the Building Owner Registry.
