RFP: Violence Prevention through Community Engagement Initiative

The City of Rochester, NY (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified Consultant(s) to establish a program focused on reducing violent crime through structured collaborative engagement (the “Project”). The City is interested in using the Omaha 360 program as a model and framework. Qualified organizations, firms, and individuals may team up to respond.
