Proposed 2008-2009 BudgetCITY COUNCIL PASSES 2008-09 CITY BUDGET UNANIMOUSLY.   Mayor Duffy Credits Community Input in Designing Successful Budget Plan. Rochester City Council unanimously approved the City’s $478.1 million, 2008-09 Budget. This budget closed a $24 million gap without the use of gimmicks, one-shots or the $20 million one-time state spin-up.
