Description:	Notice is hereby given that the City of Rochester is holding a public hearing to solicit public comment on a proposed substantial amendment to the 2021-22 Annual Action Plan that encompass a spending plan for HOME-ARP additional HOME funding provided through the American Rescue Plan Act. This funding will focus on activities to address issues related to homelessness. The final draft version of the plan will be posed for public review and download here.
