(Thursday,
March 31, 2022)—The
City of Rochester Public Market is seeking horticultural
vendors to
participate in the Flower City Days at the Market event series. The
long-running and widely popular plant and flower sales regularly attract
thousands of shoppers to bring in the spring season at the Market.
Flower
City Days will kick off on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 8 and continue each Sunday
through June 5. Flower City Days will also be open during Memorial Day weekend,
Friday, May 27 and Monday, May 30. Flower City Days run from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Vendors who provide perennials and annuals, hanging baskets, succulents,
vegetables and herb plants, trees, as well as garden accessories and
decorations are welcome to participate.
Shoppers
can expect a variety of spring gardening essentials from over 200 vendors, including
cafes, unique small businesses and food options during Flower City Days.
