Motorist Advisory
(Thursday,
Sept. 28, 2023) –
South Avenue – from Elmwood Avenue to Highland Avenue – will be limited to one
lane alternating traffic from Thursday, Sept. 28 through Friday, Sept. 29.
Motorists are asked to obey all temporary signage and flaggers during this
time. Expect delays and seek an alternate route if possible.
