(Tuesday, March 2, 2010) - The Rochester Fire Department’s Arson Task force charged Demarcio A. WARREN, a 20 year old male of 185 Mt. Hope Avenue with Falsely Reporting an Incident 2nd (E Felony).

Warren is accused of maliciously pulling a fire alarm inside the occupied high rise building in the second floor hallway at 185 Mt. Hope Ave. on Feb. 25, 2010 at 2:30 a.m. No pending fire or medical emergency was found.

Rochester’s Fire Investigation Unit was called to investigate the incident and uncovered evidence which implicated the suspect. Warrenwas given an Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court.
