Description: | City Council will hold its biennial Swearing-In Ceremony and Organizational Meeting in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 30 Church Street, Downtown Rochester.
The following individuals elected in November to serve four-year terms as District Councilmembers will formally take the Oath of Office: Adam C. McFadden – South District, Carla M. Palumbo – Northwest District, Elaine M. Spaull – East District, and Lovely A. Warren – Northeast District.
Following the Swearing-In Ceremony, the Council’s Organizational Meeting will include the election of officers, appointment of the City Clerk, the adoption of the rules of council and the designation of the official newspapers.
A reception in the City Hall Atrium will take place at the conclusion of the meeting
