Description:

Do you know what’s actually in that fast food burger you’re eating? Find out about this and much more! Our presenter is Michelle Weiler, an Eat Smart Nutrition Educator from the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County. She will show us what foods are high in saturated fats, what fats are good for us and ways to cut back on the bad fats in our diet.

This program will be held in the Kate Gleason Auditorium, located on the first floor of Central’s Bausch and Lomb Public Library Building, 115 South Ave., Rochester, NY 14604.
