News Release - City Declares Cool Sweep July 6

(Thursday, July 6, 2023) – The City has enacted a Cool Sweep today in anticipation of forecasted high temperatures. Residents can beat the heat at the City’s air-conditioned libraries and R-Centers and cool off at City pools and spray parks.  

Durand Eastman Beach and the pool at the Trenton & Pamela Jackson R-Center will open for the season on July 10.
