The City of Rochester is seeking proposals from
qualified Consultants to provide engineering design, bidding,
construction administration and resident project representative (RPR) services required
for three separate public works construction projects that will replace a total
of approximately 3,269 existing lead water services on various streets within
the City.

A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 25, 2024 at 10:00 AM
Proposals must be received no later than May 17, 2024 at 4:00PM. One digital PDF copy and five (5) printed copies of the proposal are to be submitted to Michael Bushart, P.E, Managing Engineer, Michael.Bushart@CityofRochester.Gov, 10 Felix Street, Rochester, NY 14608.
