News Release
(Sunday, Jan.24, 2010)- The Rochester Fire Department’s Arson Task Force charged George Gary Brown, 50, of 588 Brown St. Apt. 2 with Reckless Endangerment 1st (D Felony) for pouring gasoline in an occupied residence after a dispute.
On Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010 at 10:20 p.m. Fire and Police responded to 588 Brown St. and found gasoline on the floor inside the occupied residence at 588 Brown St. which posed a grave risk to the occupants.
No fire was ignited. Mr. Brown is currently in the Monroe County Jail and his arraignment is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 25 at 9:30 a.m. in City Court Part 5.
