About the Program

The City of Rochester maintains street lights on city streets.

How Do I Request This Service?

Street light maintenance can be requested on a 24-hour basis by calling 311 (outside city limits call (585) 428-5990) or by filling out this form online.

To assist the process, please note the address the street light is in front of, as well as the pole/light number. The pole number is located approximately 6 feet up the pole on the street side. It is a yellow reflective number on a black back ground.
