The Division of Zoning is responsible for administering the City of Rochester Zoning Code for improvements to property. The Division supports the making of community and neighborhood visions and plans and protects the unique urban character of the city and its neighborhoods.
Zoning Code Update
The City is currently in the process of updating its Zoning Code to align with the Rochester 2034 Comprehensive Plan.
