Responsible for coordination of appraisal orders and conducting appraisal reviews; Negotiation of leases of city property by 3rd parties, Negotiation of leases in privately owned facilities for use of city departments; Sale of real estate; Coordination of RFP offerings of city lands for development; Conducting inspection of properties involved in city programs; Acquisition of properties for strategic city use; Acquisition of easements on private property on behalf of other city departments, Coordination of sale of easements on city property where needed by third parties; assist in coordination of auctions of real estate owned by the city; assist in coordination of the annual tax auctions and environmental auctions.
