This is a competitive bid process and some may require a development proposal should you have the winning bid.

RFP SALES

Note: All proposals are due for 822 Clifford Ave on July 18th, 2024 by 4PM at Rochester City Hall
Purchase Price: $25,000
The property will be awarded to the proposal that is selected by the review committee that represents the City's choice for the best project for the property.

The City will be auctioning off 3 properties on-site the day of the auction.
Only bidders who pre-qualify will be able to attend the auctions. Please fill out the linked application to participate and provide all details requested.
The Deadline for Pre-Qualification will be Friday July 12th, by 4PM. Applications can be mailed or hand-delivered to City Hall at 30 Church Street, Room 125B, Rochester, NY 14614.
Bidders deemed qualified will be notified the week of July 22nd-26th. You will be given the date and time of the auctions you qualify for. Note: The Auctions will happen on a single day sometime the first week of August.
