We Write Classical Music: Free family-oriented concert

You’re invited! 

We Write Classical Music is a free family-oriented concert featuring music for children written by young Rochester composers Alyssa Rodriguez and Kevin Leysath II. Audience members will receive a fully illustrated booklet about the music, and illustrations will be projected during the performance. 

The program is approximately 50 minutes and will include additional pieces by Black and Latina composers.

Performance Details:

  • Saturday, January 25 - 2pm at the Central Library, Kate Gleason Auditorium
  • Sunday, January 26 - 2pm at Edgerton R-Center, Stardust Ballroom
