Apply for a Tax Agreement

The City of Rochester offers property owners the ability to apply for a tax agreement to pay delinquent taxes in installments (plus interest) if the property owner demonstrates financial need.

If the property is not owner occupied, the owner must also demonstrate that they are in good standing with City Code Enforcement for all properties that they own.  Please Note: Signing up for a tax agreement does not relieve any principal or interest amounts due.
