This new online experience offers improved navigation, enhanced multimedia elements, and better accessibility — all in a freshly designed format with much greater speed and security.

If you were familiar with our old website, you'll notice a lot has changed with how this version operates and looks. We've built this website with the user in mind, optimizing content site-wide to be compatible with every device. Additionally, we've improved screen reading technology and expanded our foreign language translation services to serve our neighbors better for enhanced accessibility.
We have improved our menu structures for users to more easily navigate this website, and have rebuilt our search engine from scratch, so you can find what you're looking for, whenever you're looking for it. In those aforementioned menus, you'll see "Living Here," "Doing Business," and "Experience Rochester," which are common themes you'll see throughout this website as we seek to highlight all that makes Rochester a great place to live, work, and play.
Not everything has changed on this new website, however. Some of your favorite tools and maps — like property information and refuse and recycling scheduler — remain as is, just with an improved environment to host. For users familiar with One Stop Roc login, you will continue to use the same account information for all the great services and programs we currently offer, and you will use the same login for additional products and services as we continue to add them. New users can click the log in icon in the top right corner to create a profile today.
This version of the City of Rochester website launched on June 27, 2024, and will continue to evolve as time and technology advance. We hope you find this to be an improved online experience, and we look forward to hearing your feedback.
