News Release
(Thursday, April 8, 2010) – On Wednesday, April 7, 2010 the Rochester Fire Department’s Arson Task Force charged Sabrina Knowles, a 30 year old female, with Arson in the 2nd degree (B Felony) for the incendiary fire that occurred at 29 Spiegel Park on December 14, 2009.
The Rochester Fire Department responded to that location at 1:51 a.m. for a structure fire in an occupied two family, 2 1/2 story structure. Upon arrival fire companies found fire in the upstairs apartment. The structure suffered substantial fire damage. No injuries were reported.
Ms. Knowles is currently in the Monroe County Jail awaiting arraignment in City Court Part 5 at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 8, 2010.
