The Dewey Avenue and Emerson Street Reconstruction and Realignment Project consists of reconstructing a portion of two City of Rochester streets.

Project Scope
The projects consists of full depth pavement reconstruction, and a realignment of the intersection of Dewey Avenue and Emerson Street. Additional improvements will also include new sidewalk, curb, curb ramps, driveway aprons, drainage basins, water services, hydrants, lighting, signals, signing, pavement markings, tree plantings, pedestrian crossing improvements.
Additional private utility adjustments will be made in advance of the construction phase of the project.

A Public Informational Meeting was held on April 11, 2024, both in person at the Edgerton R-Center and on Zoom.
