RFQ – Architectural Professional Term Services Agreement Project No. 25031

Description

The City of Rochester, through this Request for Qualification (RFQ), seeks to enter into a Professional Service Term Agreement with multiple Consultants to provide architectural services for various City facilities and projects.  Projects may involve new construction, renovation, rehabilitation, preservation, maintenance and repair of existing City facilities and properties including public, municipal, operations, public safety, library, recreation and water services facilities.  

The RFQ includes a draft scope of services, qualification proposal requirements, M/WBE participation, and City provisions.
