Recreation Overview
The City offers an abundance of year-round social, cultural, play, aquatic, and athletic programs at its R-Centers, camps, sports complexes, playgrounds, and parks, for youth, teens, and adults.
Recreation programs include year-round swimming, free summer breakfast and lunch, school-year dinners, a Youth Council, homework help and hundreds of seasonal events. Facilities boast indoor and outdoor basketball courts, football/soccer fields, tennis courts, game rooms, gyms, meeting rooms, playgrounds and much more. Many of these centers are available for rental throughout the year.

The R-Central online system makes it easier than ever to search, view, explore, enroll and pay for recreation programs, camps, leagues, activities, and more. You can also view, reserve, and pay for rental facilities including lodges, ballfields, courts, rinks, and other recreation amenities.
